Position Description
o Role: Junior frontend developer
o Skills: HTML, Javascript, CSS, Basic SQL
o Qualification: Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer science
o Experience: Fresh or 0-1 year
o Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
o Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
o Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
o Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Responsibilities
o Collaborate with program management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
o Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
o Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
o Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
