استخدام QA Software Engineer (API & Test Automation)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled QA Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for software (API) testing and test automation, contributing to the continuous improvement of our API development processes. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality assurance, we’d love to hear from you!
 

Responsibilities:

  • Implement automated test cases for both new and existing features and data.
  • Optimize manual test cases where automation is not possible.
  • Create and maintain testing environments, test data, and test suites.
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to create test cases based on minimal requirements.
  • Work iteratively with the development team to test and release within designated cycles.
  • Analyze test results to ensure correct functionality, create bug reports with reproducible steps, and interact with the team for defect resolution.
  • Maintain test artifacts and test evidence in CI/CD environments.
  • Communicate daily progress, issues, risks, and quality metrics.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a QA Engineer (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or other scripting tools.
  • Experience with GIT versioning workflows.
  • Hands-on experience automating RESTful API test cases.
  • Strong ability to communicate with business and technical users to understand new requirements and resolve issues.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar issue tracking and control tools.

 

Additional Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with continuous integration systems like Azure DevOps.
  • Ability to set up and maintain UI and API test automation frameworks.
  • * Hands-on experience automating front-end UI tests using tools
  • such as Selenium, Robot Framework, or Cypress.
