Looking for VAS Technical Support Engineer
Job description:
- Performing and handling daily tasks of VAS productions
- Identifying and troubleshooting technical problems and issues
- Working independently with responsibility of customer request cases
- Supporting by Participating in emergency and 24/7 duty
Requirements:
- BS or MS University Degree in Engineering
- Linux Knowledge (LPIC1 or LPIC2) and effective bash scripting
- Familiarity with IP network and SQL based databases
- Team working and knowledge sharing skills
- At least 1 year of relevant professional experience
- Good command of English speaking and writing to work in a bilingual environment
- Familiarity with ITSM and ticketing systems is a plus
- Familiarity with GSM networks is a plus
