Looking for VAS Technical Support Engineer

Job description:

  • Performing and handling daily tasks of VAS productions
  • Identifying and troubleshooting technical problems and issues
  • Working independently with responsibility of customer request cases
  • Supporting by Participating in emergency and 24/7 duty


Requirements:

  • BS or MS University Degree in Engineering
  • Linux Knowledge (LPIC1 or LPIC2) and effective bash scripting
  • Familiarity with IP network and SQL based databases
  • Team working and knowledge sharing skills
  • At least 1 year of relevant professional experience
  • Good command of English speaking and writing to work in a bilingual environment
  • Familiarity with ITSM and ticketing systems is a plus
  • Familiarity with GSM networks is a plus
